Layla’s interest lies in organisational effectiveness and how this can be achieved through people. She brings her passion for curating the latest research on all things HR and her facilitation skills, to make The HR Agenda an innovative and challenging programme, as well as a safe space for leaders to think creatively.
Layla’s background is in HR consultancy. She has delivered projects in FTSE100 UK and global businesses, working with senior leaders and CXOs to create clarity and implement solutions across the talent management lifecycle. Her work has given her great insight into a range of sectors, business cultures and the challenges and opportunities that organisations and their HR leaders face.
Taking those challenges and opportunities, Layla believes that The HR Agenda offers both the mirror and springboard. Her experience and belief is that the power lies with the individual to be willing and able to react to all the uncertainty and change that surrounds them in the most positive, productive and enhancing way for themselves, the people around them and the organisation they contribute to.
